Are you looking for some support but not sure where to begin?
Anxiety, stress and low mood can leave us feeling overwhelmed and difficult to know how to manage this both in our personal and professional lives. Talking to a therapist can be quite daunting. However, I truly believe talking through a problem can really help.
I can help you to identify and understand issues you are struggling with and together we can come up with a plan on how to help you overcome these.
I am passionate about empowering you to become your own therapist by helping you find coping strategies using CBT and DBT that are uniquely tailored to work for you. These coping strategies can help you in any situation life brings.


About Me
I have vast experience in mental health and some of my most recent work has been working through work related stress, neurodiversity, social anxiety and gender dysphoria.
I am kind, patient and am invested in you. I can teach you useful skills that can help you to cope better no matter what life throws at you. Over the last decade, I have worked with the NHS, charity sector and private practice both creating and managing self-management programs to help people to better look after their mental health.

Take the First Step Towards Healing
I offer one-to-one CBT sessions both face-to-face in Midlothian and also online sessions via Zoom. During these sessions, we will work together to address any issues you are facing and help by introducing some coping strategies to help you manage them.
I also have experience of running depression, stress management and anxiety groups.
Experience & Techniques
I have 15 years experience working in psychology and Mental Health.
I hold a post graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a masters degree in Health Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology.
BA (hons) MSC & PGdip CBT
I specialise in Anxiety, Neurodivergence, Chronic Illness and Depression
I work with clients with any mental health issue. I have vast experience in helping neurodiverse clients adapt to therapy. I also have 10 years experience working with transplant and people living with chronic conditions
I use a cognitive behavioural therapy approach. I will give you a set of skills which in turn will build up your confidence to ultimately be your own therapist
